1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register and use LootSplash. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Accounts must be registered with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Earning CrabCoins

CrabCoins are earned by completing offers provided by third-party networks. Offer availability, verification, and completion are managed by those networks and subject to their individual terms.

5. Rewards & Payouts

  • The minimum redemption amount is $5.00 USD, unless otherwise specified.
  • Rewards are delivered through third-party payout partners such as Giftbit and PayPal.
  • Some rewards may not be available in all regions or denominations.
  • Payouts may take up to 5 business days for review and processing.
  • Gift card redemption links expire 60 days from delivery. Unclaimed or expired rewards cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Certain earnings may be temporarily frozen due to verification, large amounts, or suspected abuse. Frozen balances are visible but unavailable until released.
  • We reserve the right to deny or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or identity masking tools
  • Falsifying offer completions or using automation
  • Engaging in abusive, deceptive, or exploitative behavior

7. Fraud & Abuse

LootSplash uses automated systems, manual reviews, and partner feedback to detect abuse. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent activity and forfeit rewards.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LootSplash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings, reward availability, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LootSplash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of LootSplash. Unauthorized use or redistribution is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Termination may result in forfeiture of pending or earned CrabCoins.

11. Indemnification
