Welcome to LootSplash, operated by Devin Farmer as a sole proprietorship (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://lootsplash.com, and all services involving the earning and redemption of CrabCoins.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LootSplash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register and use LootSplash. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Accounts must be registered with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Earning CrabCoins

CrabCoins are earned by completing offers provided by third-party networks. Offer availability, verification, and completion are managed by those networks and subject to their individual terms.

5. Rewards & Payouts

  • The minimum redemption amount is $5.00 USD, unless otherwise specified by the reward type.
  • Rewards are delivered via our partners such as Giftbit (for digital gift cards) and PayPal Payouts (for direct cash transfers).
  • Some gift cards may not be available in all regions or may have limited denominations.
  • Payouts may take up to 5 business days for manual fraud review and processing.
  • Gift card redemption links expire 60 days from the date the delivery email is sent. You must activate your gift card via the email link within this 60-day period for it to become valid. Spending the gift card after activation is subject to the card issuer’s terms. Gift cards not activated within 60 days cannot be refunded, replaced, or resent under any circumstances.
  • Certain CrabCoin earnings may be temporarily frozen before they are added to your available balance. This may occur due to large offer amounts, suspicious activity, or pending third-party verification. Frozen CrabCoins are visible in your dashboard with their release date, but cannot be cashed out until the freeze period ends.   • We reserve the right to deny or delay any payout if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or masking tools to spoof location or identity
  • Falsify offer completions or use automation (bots, scripts, click farms)
  • Engage in any activity deemed abusive, exploitative, or dishonest

Accounts involved in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated without notice, and forfeiture of CrabCoins may apply.

7. Fraud & Abuse Policy

We take fraud prevention seriously. LootSplash uses automated tools, manual reviews, and partner feedback to detect and block abuse. We reserve the right to investigate any account activity and request identity verification before issuing payouts. Users found violating these terms may be permanently banned and all pending rewards may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

LootSplash is provided “as-is” with no warranties. We make no guarantees of earnings, reward availability, or system uptime. We are not liable for offer errors, third-party platform issues, payout delays, or lost earnings caused by events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LootSplash or its owner be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

10. Business Structure

LootSplash is operated as a sole proprietorship by Devin Farmer, doing business as “LootSplash.”

11. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of LootSplash. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any material without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Termination may result in forfeiture of pending or earned CrabCoins.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LootSplash, its owner, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

LootSplash partners with third-party networks and payout providers. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy policies, performance, or actions. Your use of those services is subject to their agreements.

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated when changes occur. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
